I’m a mindset and embodiment coach, yoga teacher, and meditation guide devoted to helping you embody your most authentic, aligned self so you can create a reality in tune with your soul’s deepest desires.

My life wasn’t always led by embodied alignment, but meeting all versions of myself with love and compassion is what led me here.

My Story to Embodied Alignment

I remember feeling embarrassed that I didn’t come from a "stable" household. My parents divorced when I was 8, and I carried quiet shame around it, feeling different from my peers.

In school, I never felt like I fit into just “one box.” I loved trying different sports, writing, dancing, and singing. But when I received negative feedback, it stuck with me as a little girl—I internalized the idea that I wasn’t "good enough."

From a young age, my mom taught me that no matter what struggles I faced, I always had the choice to create the life I wanted and find the positive in any situation. That lesson shaped me, but as I grew older, I unconsciously took on the role of the fixer—the one who kept the peace. I avoided any kind of confrontation, prioritized others' needs over mine, and often suppressed my emotions.

Then came a painful breakup that cracked me open. It forced me to turn inward. I remember stepping into my first yoga class, and for the first time in a long time, my mind stopped overthinking. Just for that hour, I felt presence—with gratitude, strength, and self-love. That connection to myself and something greater brought me back to my mat again and again. Yoga became more than just a practice—it became my path to healing, self-discovery, and embodying the strength I had within all along.

I dove into yogic philosophy and immersed myself in spiritual and self-development books and podcasts. I learned that we can unlearn conditioned beliefs that keep us stuck. I finally understood the power of now—that the present moment is all we ever have, and our internal world shapes our external reality. Movement became my medicine—not just to feel strong physically, but to also nourish my mind and soul.

Inspired by my teachers and the transformation I was experiencing, I signed up for my first Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. That experience opened me up to ancient teachings, philosophy, and spirituality that shifted my entire paradigm. I started to understand that we are capable of creating the reality we desire when we bring awareness to the subconscious patterns that control us. I learned that the mind, body, and soul are connected—and that true healing starts from within.

But even as I deepened my yoga practice, I was still working my 9-to-5 corporate job in tech—the “dream job” I had worked so hard for. I earned awards, promotions, and external validation, yet I felt burnt out, unfulfilled, and anxious. The office environment was soul-draining, and I was exhausted from wearing a mask to fit in. I couldn’t wait for the workday to be over just so I could teach yoga—it energized me in a way nothing else did. That’s when it clicked: guiding others to connect to themselves through yoga and mindful practices was my calling.

I knew I had to make a change.

So, I took the leap—leaving my “stable” corporate job to pursue my purpose as a full-time yoga teacher in Los Angeles. It was terrifying, but the moment I chose alignment and trust over fear, doors began opening. I attracted like-minded communities, loving relationships, and opportunities that felt like a full body “YES!” The more I embodied the practices I was teaching, the more I stepped into my truth.

In October 2024, I traveled to Bali to complete my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training—a dream that once lived on my vision board. For weeks, I immersed myself in the chakra energy system, meditation, breathwork, and yoga, refining my teaching and integrating a more holistic, trauma-informed approach. I invested in mentors, coaches, and my own personal growth, realizing that embodiment isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about living what you truly value and believe in.

Now, I live nomadically, deeply grateful to be immersed in Bali—a land that feels so sacred and natural to me—sharing my gifts and being of service.
